Increasing efficiency

At KARA Energy Systems, we strive to maximize the efficiency of our installations and optimize output. To achieve this, we implement various measures, such as the use of hot water and boiler feedwater economizers. These devices further cool the flue gases, whereby the released energy is reused for useful purposes.

In addition to economizers, KARA also integrates flue gas condensers into our systems. These condensers cool the flue gases even further, allowing us to get the most out of the flue gas temperature and further increase the efficiency of the system.

Electricity

At KARA Energy Systems, we offer not only heat output but also the ability to generate electricity. This can be achieved through the use of turbines or Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology. Our systems convert generated heat, such as steam, into electricity using turbines or ORC. The remaining energy can then be used for process heat or building heating, providing our customers with a versatile and efficient energy solution.
