Rowin Overmars in action

Meet Rowin Overmars! He started at KARA in April 2021 as a draftsman/designer through a staffing agency, and he's been officially employed since July 2022. He's become an indispensable part of the team that brings our installations from concept to reality.
Together with his colleagues, Rowin translates technical designs and quotes into complete 3D models of installations – from wood supply and boilers to chimneys and work platforms. This doesn't stop at the screen: he's also regularly on site, guiding technicians and assisting with assembly.
What makes Rowin so valuable? His unique role at the intersection of office and practice. He ensures that theory and practice reinforce each other. "The best part of my job? The variety and, of course, the great colleagues," he says with a laugh.
